•
We are pleased to announce that starting today, Monday, Dec. 7 the West 8th Ave. studio will be re-opening and with it some important information we'd like to share with you.
• In addition to existing precautionary measures that will continue to be enforced, we will be increasing social distancing to 3 meters between students
• All students over the age of 18 are asked to contact us to make arrangements for class due to the restriction placed on adult group sports
• Online classes will continue to be offered as before, giving you the possibility and flexibility to choose what's best for you. Please refer to the link in our bio for the most up-to-date schedule
• Dunbar Studio will remain closed for group classes. Due to its smaller area, the studio will be used for private lesson and online training only. All Dunbar students are encouraged to train at the W8 studio where they'll be greeted and taught by their familiar Instructors and Masters
Please visit our bio for the complete W8 and online schedule. Please also take the time to review the COVID-19 Safety Measures we continue to have in place.
We are excited to welcome you and ensure that our commitment to your health and safety remains our number one priority. We will continue to operate with the same safety measures as before by disinfecting equipment, mats, door handles, washrooms etc., have safe entry and exit ways, and provide more opportunities to wash or sanitize everyone's hands.
As always, if you have any questions please contact us directly at (604) 669-8707 or send an e-mail to: master@temartialarts.com
We're doing everything we can to ensure you're supported in your training and look forward to seeing you in class, whether in-person or on-line!

Covid -19 Update
Thank you for your ongoing support. To do our part during this crisis, we will be extending the studio closure until late April. To ensure that students stay active and healthy, we are streaming live Taekwondo classes and posting tutorials on our YouTube channel.
In the upcoming weeks there will be various tutorials and dynamic online classes. Further information about the online curriculum will be sent out shortly but we are excited to be bringing other instructors online too! In addition, Master Kim, Master Kenneth, Instructor Maryam, and Instructor Justin will be joining us live with Master Saadati starting this week. Join us from Monday to Saturday to improve your techniques and have fun! This will be immensely helpful for those of you looking forward to belt testing. If you have questions about poomsae or a technique, post a comment under the videos or ask it during live classes!
During this difficult time, we would greatly appreciate your support so that we can keep our wonderful instructors and staff employed and make sure we can stay in business. You can support us by participating in our online classes and keeping your membership active. To show our gratitude for those supporting us, we would like to offer free workshops for one year. However, we understand that some of us may be struggling during this time and for those of you who are facing hardship but still want to be an active part of our taekwondo community please reach out to us by email.
We really appreciate your patience and please take care of yourself and your family. We are going to get through this together by supporting one another.
